How does 2xLoyal work?
You can find more information about the details of each of our packages HERE, but at the heart of it all is our amazing loyalty program with word-of-mouth advertising.
Once you register, we will send you a welcome e-mail with an automated pin to access your secure account portal. You will be able to change/customize the pin once you login. Your business will appear on the 2xLoyal app once you set up the business details yourself OR we can contact you to collect information about your loyalty program.
When a customer makes a purchase at your establishment, you enter your pin or scan your QR code on their phone to validate their visit and you are done! The customer will automatically receive a verified visit stamp on their digital loyalty card and will be given a digital gift card that can be shared with their friends—getting you lots of targeted word-of-mouth referral advertising and new customers in your business.
Can I change plans later?
Of course you can! You can also choose the auto upgrade option; if you exceed your current package limit of loyalty customers, we'll automatically update you to the next level up.
Each level is tailored to provide increased services that grow with your business.
What if I want to stop?
On our month-to-month programs, you can stop at any time by emailing us at email@example.com. Your subscription will be terminated and you will not be charged starting the following month. Please make sure to let us know before the 25th of the month, to allow us time to process your request and stop the payments.
How do I know how 2xLoyal is performing?
As a 2xLoyal business, you get access to your own secure portal where you can view all loyalty transactions and how many new customers come in as a result of the program.
You can also modify your loyalty offering, your ad on the 2xLoyal app as well as manage your contact and billing information.
